Non-Amiibo Custom Art order placed before 1:00 p.m. pacific time will be process and shipped the next business days. Orders are not shipped or deliver on weekends or holidays.
Amiibo Custom Art orders are hand made items, due to this, all order are process within 2-3 business says. Order placed on Friday evenings, weekend or Hollidays will be process next business day of the week.
Sublimation Tumblers are made to order, non-customized/ non-personalized order are shipped 24 hours after order is placed.
Customized and Personalized orders sublimation: These order takes time to create your vision. Due to this, these order process of designing and creating takes 3 to 4 business days. Personalized orders are shipped 5 days after orders are placed.
Confirmation of orders and shipping notices will be sent to the Custumer via e-mail, if e-Mail was provided in the contact me section and entered at the order form. Order confirmation will include a copy of the order, availability status, and if already shipped, tracking number, and estimated delivery date.
Epoxy or Mod Podge tumblers takes more time due to designing, preparing, layering, and curating time. For this reason, these type of tumbler take about 10 days to shipped. If your order is large, the shipment day may be longer depending the if a holiday season or the size of your order.
Large order requiring oversize or multiple packages may result in addition al shipping charges. customers will be notified of these charges when order is confirmed, and may cancel the order or approve the charges before shipping.
Orders will be shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx depending on the type of shipping selected by Custumer. All orders require physical address.
If we are experiencing a high volume of order. shipments may be delayed by few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. if there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.
Holidays
During the holidays we will try to ship your items within a timely manner, also, please be aware during the Holidays shipping companies also have more transit and affects everyone. Please allow more days to give time to the shipping company selected to deliver your items.
Delivery delays can occasional occur even in non-holiday months. we will track your items and informed your if we notice something that can cause delay.
