Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee (20% of the cost). We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return shipment, therefore we recommend an insured and trackable mail service.You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at andrea@harmonyhomess.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon received and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we will accept a return of an unused product within 14 days. Once we receive the returned item we will then give a full refund (excluding shipping as we are unable to refund the initial shipping cost of your order).
Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Discounted items are not eligible for a return.
Returned items must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging unopened and in the same condition they were send or may not be eligible for refund or be subject to a restocking fee (20% of the cost). We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.
We aim to accept all returns. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you. All goods will be inspected on return.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). AMIIBOS ART:
All amiibos are final sales. They are not returnable, exchange, refoundable.
All Amiibos are tested twice before shipping.

Products that have been personalized or altered to clients request cannot be returned unless defective to means of inability of being used for its intended purpose. Wrong size on a personalized t-shirt will not be returned.
Products that have not been personalized or altered can be returned or exchange within 14 days, as long as it has not been used. For returns to be accepted, T-shirts cannot be used, have stains, or have been washed. All packaging must be returned with t-shirt in order to process the return or exchange. Clearance items:
Items marked as clearance are not returnable. All item disclosure of each item is in the description, including the discrepancies and the reason why is in clearance. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.
